Payment and Cancellation Policy for Weekend Retreats

Please check the details of your retreat for the registration fee and deadline. A minimum deposit of 50% of the retreat fee is due upon registration. The remainder of the retreat fee can be paid at the time of the retreat. Cancellations less than 21 days from the start of the retreat will result in forfeit of the deposit or 50% of the amount paid if paid in full. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the start of the retreat will result in forfeit of 100% of amount paid. Last minute cancellations due to emergency may result in retreat fees being applied as credit for other Banyan products or events. Thanks for understanding.
